Please do not send payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive information by text message.

How we use information

Information sharing

Cookies and website tools

Our website is hosted on Squarespace and uses cookies and similar browser storage:

  • Security: The crumb cookie helps protect website interactions against unauthorized requests.
  • Analytics: The ss_cvr and ss_cvt cookies help Squarespace recognize visits and measure website use. These are analytics cookies, not cookies required for basic browsing.
  • Preferences: Browser storage supports features such as announcement-bar and video-player preferences.

The website currently sets analytics cookies when pages load without asking visitors to opt in through a cookie banner. You can block or delete cookies and other site data through your browser settings. Limiting storage may affect some website features.

Our website also loads Google Maps for maps, Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection, and Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts for font display. These providers receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, when your browser connects to their services. Squarespace and Adobe Fonts also receive usage-related requests. External services may process information even when they do not store a cookie in your browser.

Information retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining necessary business records, honoring messaging preferences, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Opting out of SMS does not automatically delete service records or the records needed to honor your opt-out.

RED BEARD RACING Messaging Terms and Conditions

  1. The RED BEARD RACING messaging program consists only of general conversational and informational customer-support messages to answer customer inquiries and provide requested assistance. We do not send marketing, promotions, discounts, or advertising through this SMS program.

  2. To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any text message from us. You can cancel at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time.

  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
